Founded in 1999, Hi-Solar has specialized in highly accurate surface preparation of sapphire wafer for blue and green LED applications. We have developed particular lapping and polishing process for super-flatness sapphire substrate. This enhanced technology enabled us to produce 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 inch sapphire substrate which sori(bow) was embodied under 5um, and roughness, rms as low as 0.2nm with high productivity. Also, Hi-Solar has been providing optoelectronic and semiconductor materials such as Silicon, SOI, SOS, GaAs substrates, and Ga, As, Mo, W pure metals.
